150 companies and entities have participated in the III International Meetings for the Technological and Business Cooperation that have been celebrated at Feria Valencia, on 29th February, 1st and 2nd March, in the framework of the environmental fairs Egética-Expoenergética, Ecofira, Greenup and Novabuild.
In the event more than 500 meetings have taken place with the aim to establish commercial and technological agreements. Once more this event has been an opportunity to promote the offer and request that is being generated in the international market and to exchange experiences regarding products and processes in the sector. 150 companies and entities, national (75%) and foreign (25%) coming from Bulgaria, Croatia, Germany, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Turkey, Ukraine and Venezuela have attended the event.
The technological and business cooperation meetings have become a reference and opportunities platform where companies and other organizations from the environmental and energy fields share their innovative proposals, search for solutions to technological challenges and begin business co operations.
As in the previous editions, this initiative has been boosted by the Regional Network of Technological Centres (REDIT), the Technological Centre for Energy (ITE) and the Chamber of Commerce of Valencia, in the framework of the activities of the Enterprise Europe Network (EEN) and more specifically through the regional initiative SEIMED, EEN for the Valencian Region and Murcia.
For some of the participants this year was their third time attending the event, so they were already experienced. A high number of new participants have already commented their interest in joining the next edition, due to the positive experience of this kind of event and according to the first results obtained. So, in the next weeks, the organizers will start planning the next year IV Meetings on Environment and Energy.
The Network of Technological Institutes in Valencian Region (REDIT) has 14 associated centres that offer a wide range of advanced services on R&D and innovation addressed to the companies, especially to SMEs, that need support from external agents to innovate.
